Myoko  Kogen  offers  a  unique  mix  of  accommodation,  from  the  world-class  Akakura  Kanko  Resort with private hot spring baths overlooking the valley, a number of middle rank properties, and many budget  friendly  options.  Hotels  are  all  ski-in  and  ski-out  or  close walking  proximity  to  the  slopes, spotted throughout the cosy town. Many properties offer wonderful hot springs with natural onsen water great for soothing sore muscles after a day on the slopes! Although Myoko Kogen offers a diverse range of accommodation, guests should note that some properties are older and traditional in nature and may feel dated by modern international standards — a common characteristic of Japan’s long-established ski resorts — and due to consistently high demand, newer and more modern hotels tend to sell out very quickly, meaning remaining availability is often within these more traditional properties.
