Ski Japan Holidays has been specialized in selling Japan’s best ski resorts for the past 20 years and we are well known for bringing in thousands of guests each year to ski the beautiful snow here. Our main base of operations is located in the heart of the Happo Village in the Hakuba Valley.

To join our team of staff you must be a motivated, fun loving and “genki” individual with an attitude that promotes a warm and welcoming nature.

Full training will be provided on the job and we do expect our staff to work hard, but we also like you to play hard too! There is plenty of time for skiing and snowboarding and enjoying the many enjoyable attributes which Hakuba offers. We also encourage our staff to immerse themselves in Japanese culture and join tours, take part in activities and local events throughout the season.

Minimum requirements for the seasonal positions • Be a high school graduate or equivalent. • Japanese abilities are not essential but some Japanese communication abilities would be helpful. • Have a valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa or the equivalent? • Have an international driver’s license and have driving experience more than one year after obtaining a full driver’s license. • Motivated team player, able to multitask and be able to demonstrate flexibility. • Have basic computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Be available to work from December through the end of February or March. • Personal smartphone for communication is required.
