Ski Japan Holidays specializes in the selling of ski packages to Japan’s best ski resorts and has done so for more than 20 years. We provide booking services to customers from all over the world and are the largest and longest serving inbound tour operator in Nagano Prefecture in Japan. Our main base of operations is in the heart of the Hakuba Village.

Winter Operations Staff – Hakuba
Join Ski Japan Holidays in Hakuba for 2026–27 winter season work!
This is a multi-task, hands-on position with rotating AM and PM shifts, designed to give you plenty of ski/ride time while working across different areas of the business.
You will be involved in:
- Guest services (check-in/out, guest support, bookings)
- Snow Monkey Tour operations (check-in, coordination, basic promotion support)
- Driving and transport (pick-ups, drop-offs, supermarket runs, luggage handling)
- Property support (light cleaning, rubbish removal, restocking, snow clearing)
- Office and general support (reservations, guest communication, basic admin)
Job perks & details:
- Multi-task role – you won’t be in just one department
- AM and PM shift rotation, with good time for skiing/boarding between shifts
- Season work: early December to early–late March (approx., with some flexibility)
