The Castle

A castle no moat, but surrounded by great garden and in winter copious amounts of snow. With 400 square meters of space; this is a large house and is great for groups. It’s the perfect accommodation for large groups or big families, featuring 8 ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 16 people and a maid’s quarters.

The Castle Chalet represents the culmination of meticulous contemporary design and technology. The chalet is a former lodge converted into a private residence and as such features an industrial sized kitchen, two large living spaces, a billiards table, and a private garden perfect for summer barbecues. The chalet is warmed by underfloor heating throughout, feature a heated parking lot, large private dry rooms, and premium Simmons mattresses in the bedrooms for your comfort.

All Castle bookings include pick up and drop off service, restaurant and resort shuttles, food delivery, supermarket shuttles. 3 bedrooms have 1 double bed each and 5 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The Castle is only a short walk from, the most vibrant nightlife area in Hakuba. Nestled in the heart of bustling Echoland, just off the main strip where you’ll find a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Ski shuttle buses leave from the main street in Echoland which is few minutes’ walk from the chalet.

Wifi throughout, games room, fireplace and ski storage are available to use during your stay. Echoland offers a fantastic base from which to explore the Hakuba Valley. Nestled in between Hakuba 47 and Happo One ski area, the ski lifts can be accessed easily by free shuttle bus or rental vehicle. The brand-new transport hub ‘Hakuba Basecamp’ is also located in Echoland.
