Morino Lodge Hakuba

Located just a 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort’s Gondola Station, Morino Lodge offers cozy accommodations with spacious guestrooms and a modern speak easy lounge. Comfortable well-equipped rooms with western and Japanese styles. All rooms come with en suite bathrooms, tv/dvd, mini-fridge. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

In the lounge you will find large sofas and a big TV, making it an ideal place to kick back and relax after spending a day on the ski slopes or hiking the trails, chatting it up and sharing your experiences with the other guests. The property also offers free luggage and ski storage services.

Guest rooms are comfortable at Lodge Morino and fitted with a flat-screen Apple TV, a DVD player, and a small fridge. They all come with a private bathroom and toiletries. Some rooms feature a balcony and mountain views. There are 7 Western style rooms (2, 3 ,4, & 5 person rooms) and 3 Japanese tatami mat rooms (2 - 6 people) and also there is a dormitory bunk room option. All rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious.

The lodge is a 10-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. Free transport services are offered to & from the station. The Happo Village and Happo Onsens are a 10-minute walk from the property. The Lodge is in one of the prettiest and most convenient areas in Hakuba; Wadano, which is but a short walk to the slopes, the closest being the Kokusai ski area or a 10-minute walk to Happo main gondola. Free shuttle buses to all the other major resorts in the Hakuba valley are nearby, which makes for easy access to the mountains. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and ski and snowboard rental shops.

Continental breakfast, including homemade muffins and fresh fruits, are served daily in the dining room, breakfasts are healthy and delicious. Traditional Japanese Nabe dinners are served every Wednesday night and has an in-house café. Guests can also use the guest kitchen with a microwave and a hotpot to prepare their own snacks and light meals.
