Hakuba Mominoki Hotel
Mominoki is one of the premier hotels in Hakuba, noted for its luxuriousness and location, directly at the base of the mountain and only 3 minutes walk to Kokusai lift which was the finish point of the men's downhill events during the 1998 Winter Olympic Games. Mominoki is a very special property and caters to those who want a higher standard of accommodation and service. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with open fire place and lounge area to relax in and take in the mountains.

Most of the rooms enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and alpine vistas.
Guests have the opportunity to choose between two restaurants and the food can only be described as being particularly good, with a large buffet selection in one restaurant and a French and Japanese fusion à-la-carte style in the other and with a wide selection of Japanese and international wines, great cocktails and other drinks to choose from. This is the best and largest room that is offered at Mominoki Hotel, being completely surrounded by the beautiful view of the snowy landscapes of Hakuba forest and mountains. The suite includes Japanese tatami room, carpeted western floor/room, private balcony and a mini kitchen to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. This suite is perfect for a large group of friends or family who prefer to have more space to relax. Two twin beds are placed on the western carpeted floor as well as the maximum of six Japanese futons to be provided on the tatami floor room. The western room and tatami rooms can be divided by the Japanese sliding doors to create more privacy between the two rooms/floors.
