Kogawa House is a stylish and contemporary 2-bedroom alpine home located in the heart of Nozawa Onsen, thoughtfully designed to combine modern comfort with authentic Japanese elements. With generous living space, quality furnishings, and excellent winter features, this home is perfectly suited to families or small groups seeking a relaxed and comfortable ski holiday.

Spanning approximately 95 sqm, the home features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with high ceilings and exposed timber beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day on the slopes. The lounge is fitted with a Google Smart TV with Netflix and English TV channels, while underfloor heating throughout ensures consistent warmth during Nozawa’s snowy winter months. Roof heating further enhances winter safety and comfort.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker with ground coffee, kettle, dishwasher, and a full range of utensils and wine glasses. A dedicated dining area makes it easy to enjoy meals together, whether cooking at home or bringing back local cuisine.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Configuration - Kogawa House comfortably offers 2 x Western-style twin rooms & 1 x Japanese Tatami Room: A traditional Japanese tatami room with two full-size futons, featuring extra padding for added comfort This combination offers a balance of Western-style beds and a distinctly Japanese sleeping experience.

Bathrooms & Laundry - The home includes modern bathroom facilities with high-quality amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand wash, towels (bath, face, and hand), hair dryer, and additional toiletries. A washing machine with laundry detergent is provided, making Kogawa House ideal for longer stays and ski holidays. Towel and linen changes are provided every five days, with rubbish collection daily.

Kogawa House enjoys a quiet yet convenient position in Nozawa Onsen, within easy reach of village restaurants, shops, and the ski resort.
