Skiing on Hakuba's Olympic rated slopes of Happo One is not the only pleasure in store for you. The Phoenix Chalets are characterized by a generous interpretation of space and luxury. These boutique style, fully equipped apartments are nestled in the forest adjacent to the Phoenix Hotel. Newly built, these two and three bedroom chalets have stylish, sophisticated modern interiors and provide innovative design techniques, individualism, solitude and the essence of what makes a great condominium experience just that much better.
The Phoenix Chalets are two storeys both with two and three-bedroom deluxe self-contained chalets with large open kitchens and comfortable lounge areas, The two-bedroom chalets are equipped with two bathrooms and have bedding combinations for up to six persons and the three-bedroom chalets with three bathrooms are able to sleep up to eight persons again with multiple bedding configurations. All apartments have been set out in a way that comfort was the first thing in mind when they were designed and this is a central theme in all chalets.
There are eight Phoenix Chalets to choose from, each taking their names from local rivers and mountains in the Nagano Prefecture. The Phoenix Hotel and Chalets have been created and are all driven with the same passion: to offer a unique, personal and exceptional experience to each of their guests. Here nothing has been left to chance.
These deluxe two and three-bedroom chalets offer luxurious comfort for all who stay. Calmly sophisticated, a fabulous option for groups of families or friends. Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle services to the ski slopes and local supermarket and all the amenities of the Phoenix Hotel right next door which also has sauna and steam rooms, complimentary concierge and booking services and perhaps one of Hakuba most sophisticated Japanese and European fusion restaurants and bar.
The Phoenix Chalets located in Wadano area are only a short walk to the Happo village and approximately seven minutes to the nearest lift access on Happo One or take one of the Phoenix Hotels complimentary vans to any one of Hakuba ski resorts.

Each chalet offers three spacious bedrooms, two king and one twin single or two king and two bunk, each fitted with spacious built in wardrobes and large, comfortable bedding. Each is also subject to beautiful natural light and to gorgeous views, making waking up every morning a delight. Each of the chalets are also fitted on the ground level with three bathrooms including ensuites and one spacious and modern bathroom offering an traditional stone hot both overlooking a large picture window. This isn't the only luxury inclusion, but it might be your favourite after soaking for an hour or two to unwind and soothe your aching muscles.Each chalet is also fitted with a large and fully equipped kitchen, offering state-of-the-art appliances and a large range of utensils, complemented by a spacious dining area for the whole group to enjoy a meal together. Essential amenities are provided complimentarily to guests, such as coffee, tea, dishwashing powder and bathroom essentials, and a trip or two to the nearest supermarket is easier than ever with easy shuttle buses available.
