Hakuba Happo Onsen
Hakuba Happo Onsen is a hot spring that is sourced directly from Mt. Hakuba, located at the northernmost tip of the Northern Alps, and is blessed with an excellent skin-beautifying effect, so much so that it is also known as the "beauty bath".
It is one of the strongest alkaline springs in Japan, and is characterized by a smooth, soapy feel. Strong alkaline springs may give the impression of being too harsh, but in fact the water particles are very fine and the water is extremely well-balanced. It has particular benefits for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, hemorrhoids, high blood pressure, fatigue recovery and sore muscles.
