One of the largest self-contained chalet houses in Niseko, Powderhound Lodge provides not only spaciousness and accommodation for a large group, but also the comfort and familiarity of a western house. Situated in Upper Hirafu, the house is ideally located only a minute walk from the ski lifts, two minutes from the nearest convenience store and somewhere in between the two from the village centre. If you're not one for walking, the ski shuttle stops right on the doorstep, meaning everything Niseko has to offer is at guest's fingertips.
The stunning house is designed to accommodate family but could easily be used by groups of friends as well, offering a wide range of bedding configurations and plenty of entertainment. The house is designed to evoke a sense of comfort and cosiness, with large windows on all sides of the house providing stunning views of Niseko's landscapes as well as glimpses of the famed Mt. Yotei. This also means that natural light saturates the house and accentuates the tasteful use of natural materials, contemporary furniture and traditional Japanese elements.
