This exclusive ski property nestled amidst a landscape of powdery white splendor, in the charming and vibrant village of Hirafu. Niseko Kyo is set to be as alluring as the iconic peak in which it overlooks. Located in Upper Hirafu, with direct access to the Ace Family Lift, Niseko Kyo’s ski-in ski-out, skiing & boarding point.
Niseko Kyo is unmistakably luxurious, refined and brings an understated elegance that feels relaxed and homely. Set to open for the 2023-2024 ski season, Niseko Kyo is a stunning apartment-hotel located right on one of Hirafu's most popular slopes. It is as exclusive as it gets with only 22 residences with views of either the magnificent hills or the breathtaking Mt. Yotei. Each unit is generously-sized, and equipped with a western-style kitchen, smart TV with Netflix, and others, their own patio and private onsen. Niseko Kyo’s design combines a luxurious feel with an appreciation of Hokkaido’s natural beauty. The property conveys a comforting sense of “home” - with the word “Kyo” meaning “hometown”. Guests will feel right at home in Niseko Kyo.
