Konkuriito Houses
A stunningly stylish and strikingly unique complex, Konkuriito Houses are scattered across Middle and Lower Hirafu village, with a house to meet the need of each and every guest to Niseko. All of the houses were built between 2007 and 2008, meaning they are fitted with some of the most up-to-date and luxurious appliances, furnishings and extras available in the area. With the ability to house as little as five and as many as nine people, these fully self-contained houses provide the perfect home away from home for families, travelling friends and ski groups alike.
With stunning architectural design, the houses are a step above the rest in Niseko accommodation. The beauty of the houses' exterior flows through to the interior, with each house being beautifully furnished, finished and decorated with a plethora of natural light and natural materials. In addition, all of the houses come equipped with state-of-the-art under floor heating for the Niseko winter, and each house has its own perks ranging from private balconies to hot tubs and everything in between. To top it all off, some of the houses are within walking distance of the slopes, and others are just a short walk from the free ski shuttle service.
If you book either the Konkuriito Q or the Konkuriito L properties, then these both come with complimentary vehicles, providing you with a convenient and independent way to explore the local area and surrounding resorts. Below is some information you need to be aware of to take advantage of this complimentary service.
Documentation Required
The vehicle keys will be handed over once guests have confirmed that they do have an international drivers permit. Upon your check-in, please ensure that you have the necessary documentation ready:
• A valid International Driver's Permit (IDP)
An IDP is different from your home country's driver's license and must be obtained before leaving your country of origin. To obtain an IDP, please contact your home country's licensing center or automotive association. Please note that IDPs issued in Indonesia and mainland China cannot be accepted, an example of an IDP can be viewed
• Your current country driver's license To drive in Japan, you must hold either a valid Japanese driver's license or a valid International Driver's Permit along with your current country driver's license.
Please note that the vehicle is included in the accommodation rate and opting not to use this will have no effect on the booking price.

For those looking for just a couple's retreat, some doors can be locked off to allow the space to be rented as a one bedroom apartment, and both beds are available in single or double configurations.
