Hotel Taigakukan
The Taigakukan is a family-owned Japanese ryokan hotel, located in the centre of village of Happo One Ski Resort, only 5 minutes walk to the lifts of the resort and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel offers a combination of modern, comfortable western and Japanese rooms and deluxe rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The hotel has a very nice lounge and is decorated in old ski memorabilia, in which guests can experience Japan's rich ski heritage. There is also an upstairs relaxation area, which is comfortably furnished and provides a warm rich ambiance. The hotel has natural indoor and outdoor hot spring baths and saunas. Other services include coin laundry, Internet access in the foyer and a small ski museum.
Well recommend and with lovely Japanese restaurant and welcoming hosts, the Taigakukan is another very comfortable well known ryokan property in Hakuba.
